I am the CEO of bITween Pte Ltd in Singapore, who engaged Great Innovus for their app development service back in 2016 for my Practys Clinic Management System.

What were your goals for this project?

To provide clinic with a more comprehensive management system, to be able to digitize all aspects of their clinic workflow

How did you select this vendor?

We had work previously worked with Great Innovus over other projects in the past, hence we did not consider anyone else for the job once we received their quotation. We had a pleasant experience working together in the past.

Describe the project in detail.

For this development, we have both app version (IOS/Android), as well as a web-based version for clinics to sign in. There is also different accounts for clinic manager, doctors and patients to sign and manage their individual records.

What was the team composition?

We worked with 2 main programmers, who is in charge of our projects.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have successfully completed the project and pushed to the market, it managed to attract attention from China companies and we have set-up another version in China.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was fine even though we are based in different countries. We have communicated mainly through whatsapp and email, we also set-up regular meetings over Skype to discuss about issues with the development. One of the developer also flew down to Singapore to finalize the changes needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The development speed and quality are both impressive for their product, while maintaining a relative competitive pricing.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It will be better for the team to have multiple offices in different countries so that the communication and payment can be smoother.

We needed a developer for a new iOS app that our staff uses for live event marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create a simple, easy to use app experience that required very little staff supervision and was intuitive to use.

We have worked with Great Innovus Solutions for many projects. We are very familiar with their team and capabilities. They have provided good results within our required budget range.

We designed wireframes and UI files with guidelines on how the app should work. We discussed the entire app flow and technical requirements of the project with their team.

After a few days, their team responded with confirmation of the technical aspects and an estimated budget and work hours. We delivered a down payment to begin work. Daily updates on the progress were available when we needed it.

What was the team composition?

Our point of contact was a project manager who relayed our feedback to 1-2 developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our first live event was a success. No problems with the app in a live setting and we will continue to use it for future events.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was good with addressing our concerns and replying to our messages in a timely manner. The language barrier caused misunderstandings at times but were cleared with a follow up conversation. Our main communication platform was Slack.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Great Innovus Solutions' strength is the variety of projects they are capable of developing. We have used them for a wide variety of Web and Mobile projects.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Meeting estimated deadlines or software update delivery dates are sometimes a problem.

They are good at mobile applications both iOS and Android. I have worked with them on two web applications also including the current application.

Lead by one project lead and team members come and go based on their expertise. Overall the response time is very quick.

This application will open new business model for the company.

Project is done via online coordination and the team is always ready to respond.

They are very flexible and try their best to deliver on time. Ready to explore new technology and improve the final result.
