We saw a measurable increase both in clicks as well as conversions and signups. More potential clients seemed to be interested in our service and larger percentage of those also ended up signing up for our service. On top of this, the creative and strategic output helped us gain valuable insights regarding our communication style which created lasting impact on our future campaigns.

The team managed the project efficiently, delivering all items on time and maintaining clear communication throughout. They were highly responsive to our needs, adapting quickly to feedback and ensuring a seamless process.

We hired gravities to improve our design output and create a cohesive branded experience across our channels and print graphics. After delivering our first requested deliverable, a company presentation template, gravities demonstrated a keen eye for style and a timely, professional working manner so we asked them to continue delivering assets for our marketing activities. 

This included banners, flyers, social media templates, product logos, mission patches, trade show booth design, and throughout all of it they have been a valuable contributor of copy and strategic insights.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It's hard to measure most of the marketing work we do, but there have been many signifiers that the work is performing well. We get more attention, more positive feedback, and actively look for places where we can incorporate the designs we received as deliverables. I can also say that gravities has been stellar when it comes to timelines, we often have projects with hard deadlines and gravities has always delivered on their estimates.

Every project we worked on has been delivered on time. They communicate proactively and warn us in advance of potential issues. They have been extremely reliable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What drew me to them was that their website looked unlike any of the major marketing/design agencies that I was looking for. It was fresh and had a much more inviting sensibility without feeling over-designed. That spirit has continued into our work. I'll often hand over a task and when the deliverable arrives, it's found a new way to expand our brand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something gravities could have done differently?

Hard to think of any, there have been a few times when the direction of the deliverables wasn't quite what I was expecting, but I wouldn't expect anything to be perfect on the first draft. I'm overall very happy with the work and any time there's a hitch, gravities responds quickly to find a solution.
