As our business started to grow organically we wanted to expand our reach on Google and be ranked on the first page for certain key words to drive traffic and enquiries through our website.

Our project began by highlighting the key search words we wanted to appear for on Google. Following this a strategy was put in place to ensure that month on month our company started to appear for these key words. This included making relevant changes to our website and GMB profiles, backlinks, and blog post strategies.

Since working with Grapefruit Digital we started to appear number one in the map rankings within the first few months for certain keywords which is within the timeframe initially outlined. We are now appearing on page one on google for our top key words and have seen an increase in enquiries and online traffic.

Grapefruit Digital are very responsive to any emails or queries. They always keep me up to date on changes, analytics and suggestions they have which will help to improve results. We communicate over the phone and email. They stick to timelines and deliver results.

Their level of professionalism and knowledge within the industry is very impressive, along with their friendly approach that is very clear and easy to understand.

They are also very willing to give suggestions outside of their work remit to help you improve as a business. They do a thorough on boarding process to ensure everything is covered before they start work. I also found them really honest from the very start and they didn't give any false pretences, I think this is really important when hiring a company.

I'm very happy with everything how it is.

We hired them to help us with our SEO so we could get more visibility on Google. Before we started we were no where to be seen on Google. We wanted to be top or at least on page 1 so we could have more incoming leads to take the stress off of outreach.

Now we sit first on google for a number of key search terms we were working on and still growing on secondary words. Our inbound leads have increased and we have more credibility as an agency.

Matt at Grapefruit had run a report for us and we had an initial call to discuss this and our opportunities. We instantly saw results with our local SEO jumping to the top of the maps section. Matt was very helpful and informative with any questions we had.

Recommended changes were sent to us about our website and meta data. Throughout the project we redesigned our website and Matt helped us to design it with our SEO in mind. At the beginning we supplied them with some login details for Search console and Google analytics.

Great success, we still rank on page one of Google in the USA when people us the search term English Garden Tours. Couldn't ask for more! 90% of our clients find us through searches so this is exactly what we were looking for.

Most of the correspondence is done through email, then a Skype meeting. Grapefruit sent great 'how to videos' to help us manage parts of the project going forward.
