Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the marketing director of Reflect Clinic. We’re a cosmetic surgery clinic. In my role, I handle WordPress, social media, and general marketing.

We brought them on to manage our website and to do SEO.

What is the team composition?

James (Founder) is my direct contact, I also work with another individual.

How did you come to work with Graffiti Digital ltd?

I googled “SEO Manchester” and they were one of the top three results. I met with James and immediately noticed that he was very tailored to what we needed as a small company. James has great customer-facing skills. Ultimately, I chose them because of their listening skills. I needed their technical ability and that’s what they’d provide.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested about £20,000 (approximately $25,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in January 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Obviously, the effects of COVID-19 hasn’t escaped any of us. However, our business has increased five times from our busiest month. What's more, about 90% of our patients say they found us on Google.

How did Graffiti Digital ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They do an excellent job with project management. We work well together as a team. James is a great project manager; I can’t fault him. We communicate and have set days to update each other.

No, I can’t think of anything. They’re always on-hand and have great technical knowledge.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Remember that it’s a partnership. They can advise all they want, but unless you put that advice into action, it’s pointless. Make the time to meet regularly and implement their recommendations.
