We needed to film two locations in Panama, totalling two days of filming, for a history documentary series. Gabriel assisted with the development of the ideas, scouted locations and sent us photos, suggested locations where relevant. He then successfully obtained permission for filming - including with a drone - at both locations, which were government owned. He assisted during the shoot with logistics, travel, translating, and dealing very effectively with unforeseen challenges as they arose.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We successfully filmed both locations, the shoots went smoothly, and the director was happy with everything.

Gabriel was very responsive leading up to the shoot, and we often had chats/video calls on WhatsApp as well as email. He helped me develop ideas and work out the best locations / areas to shoot, suggested things which made the project run better, and organised the logistics of the shoot very effectively.

I contacted GP Productions with the intent of shooting my music video while on vacation. From our first conversation Gabe(owner GP Productions) was very professional and was very excited about taking on my project. We were constantly in communication from start to finish of my project.

Production was professional and super creative. GP Productions handed ever detail from helping me select a model to be in the filming, to obtaining cars and selecting prime locations to film.. A+organization

• GP productions put together a live release event for my single and music video. Press, local talent, radio and TV were present. This created a buzz and has led to media articles being released. I hope this will lead to other opportunities.

I needed someone to help me file a permit with the Ministry of Environment in Panama, so I can have access to their national parks.

GP PRODUCTIONS helped me acquire a permit that enabled me to access national parks in Panama.

I was able to obtain the photos I needed for the book I was working on, so the partnership with GP PRODUCTIONS was an overall success.

There was no project management involved, but they were quick to respond to me through email regarding the requirements.

Aside from the competitive pricing, we were very impressed with their communication skills and responsiveness — they were always attentive to my needs.

They could maybe improve on quoting their services better and keeping their clients informed on new developments regarding the pricing, to avoid surprises with the final bill.

We needed to find the best locations to shoot video for our social media. We hired GP Productions to find and coordinate for these locations.

I googled and found his company, his company show detailed information about locations in Panama.

First we went over the possible locations we could use for our shoot. Then we discussed the budget, then we proceeded to arrive to Panama.

We worked with the fixer, and everything was discussed directly with him.

We found the locations we needed, the shoot went smoothly with no hassles, and we were able to get nice shots for our video.

Everything was done via email, we used an excel schedule, and went over it many times until we came up with the perfect schedule.

They were easy to work with, we emailed them and responded very quickly. they understood our needs and were able to send a quote promptly so we could take a decision.

We have no complaints about the service, and we are very satisfied with the outcome.
