During the project implementation, regular communication was maintained with the contracting team, including progress reporting at each stage of implementation.

After each stage, detailed technical and analytical reports were prepared and sent via email to the client's responsible parties. The reports included:

• description of completed tasks,
• status of individual functionalities,
• list of fixed bugs and implemented fixes,
• test data (QA, performance, compatibility),
• recommendations and action plan for the next stage,
• screenshots and technical logs from the implementation process.

Thanks to this reporting system, I had full transparency and the ability to continuously review progress and approve subsequent project phases.
All key decisions and implementations were confirmed via email, ensuring complete documentation of the project's progress.

Together we chose the best business directions and their implementation was carried out on time. As a result, I received an efficient online store and a more professional tool for customer service and thus increased sales.

Gotoma prepared an extensive website with house designs for our design office, containing a landing page, an online store with a search engine and an image section with articles and a blog. We received a dedicated CMS based on Symfony to manage the website.

Our graphic designer provided Gotoma with a graphic design that was perfectly executed.

Gotoma adapted the entire product database (house designs and catalogs with house designs) from our old website and adapted it to the new form of presentation. The guide content and articles were also transferred and organized according to the new scheme.

The website has many functionalities such as:

• an animated slider
• downloading PDF files
• galleries of visualizations and drawings of projects
• an interactive map, contact forms, user accounts
• the ability for users to create galleries with photos of their houses
• the ability to comment
• an overlay containing a ruler for measuring distances on house plans and search engines
• supporting the store with the ability to search by many parameters and by categories
• as well as an advanced contextual search engine searching for content and products throughout the website.

CMS allows us to add and modify content, products, manage promotions with the option to program their duration, and manage user comments and galleries.

After several failed attempts to cooperate with other companies, we received a responsive, modern website with a store that fulfills the image role but also allows us to sell projects. It is easy to use for our customers, which we have confirmed.

The price negotiations took place in a friendly atmosphere, and the contract was not overly complicated.

The project manager brilliantly managed the coordination of work and conveyed to us in clear language all the intricacies of the project. All the IT specialists we talked to were fully committed to our project and always found a solution that satisfied us.

Most stages were completed on time. We were in constant contact with the company's employees and whenever there were any doubts, they contacted us immediately. The work went smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere.

We appreciate the company's openness to negotiations, because with such a large project, there were some minor corrections during its duration.

The current cooperation, although significantly reduced, is running smoothly and without any complications.
