What challenge were you trying to address with GOJI Agency?

We needed help turning a complex dataset into a useful and engaging online experience. A key objective was to structure and present the data in a way that was easy to explore while also supporting our broader SEO strategy and improving visibility across traditional search and emerging AI platforms.We also wanted an efficient approach to bringing the project online, combining GOJI’s design and vibe coding capabilities with our own engineering team to speed up development and keep costs down.

What was the scope of their involvement?

GOJI handled the project from the initial data and SEO strategy through to the design and digital experience. This included working with us to clean and structure the dataset, identifying how the information should be organized for SEO and AI visibility, and designing the visual experience so users could easily explore and understand the data.They also supported the build using vibe coding alongside our internal engineers, which gave us a faster and more cost-effective development process. The main deliverables included the structured dataset, SEO-focused content architecture, data visualizations, web design, and the development of the interactive online experience.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw success in both the efficiency of the delivery and the quality of the final experience. By combining GOJI’s vibe coding approach with our internal engineering team, we were able to reduce the amount of traditional development required, which helped lower costs and allowed us to iterate and launch faster.From an SEO perspective, the project also gave us a much stronger foundation for organic and AI-driven discovery. The data was transformed from a complex dataset into structured, indexable, and visually engaging content that users could actually explore. For us, those improvements in development efficiency, usability, and search readiness were the key measures of success.

How did GOJI Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

GOJI’s project management was strong. They were responsive, communicated clearly, and kept us involved throughout the different stages of the project. With data, SEO, design, and development all happening across different teams, they did a good job coordinating the moving parts and working closely with our internal engineers.Overall, they delivered within the timeframe we expected. There were some iterations as the project evolved, but these were handled well and didn’t create any major delays.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was GOJI’s ability to bring together different disciplines without overcomplicating the project. They understood the data, thought strategically about SEO and AI visibility, and then translated that into a well-designed digital experience.Their approach to development was also quite unique. Combining vibe coding with our internal engineering team allowed us to prototype and iterate quickly while keeping our engineers focused on the more complex technical work. That flexibility made the whole process faster and more cost-effective.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The main area for improvement would be setting slightly clearer milestones and expectations around each phase at the beginning of the project. Because the work involved data, SEO, design, and development, there were a lot of moving parts, and some stages required more iteration than expected.That said, GOJI was always responsive and flexible when priorities changed, so it never became a major issue or affected the overall outcome.
