What challenge were you trying to address with GoDigital World LLC?

I hired them for website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I hired GoDigital specifically to put a visual identity that I wanted developed into a website. They took it and have been able to replicate it successfully so far. They did offer wireframes, but I came ready with my own preferences.

Some of my specific requirements were that the site had to be user-friendly. There also had to be a site menu, shopping and e-commerce capabilities, and the ability to list blogs, articles, products, and services.

GoDigital has offered digital marketing services like SEO and PPC, but I’ve held off on that for now.

The website is not yet finished, but that’s my doing. I have several items to arrange on my end and am holding off completing the development. When they sent over the site at its latest point, they included access to an administrative end that allows me to adjust the site as needed as I continue to grow my business.

What is the team composition?

Initially, I spoke to Sana (CEO), and another gentleman who will be working on the site. Moving forward, I’ve only had communication with Sana.

How did you come to work with GoDigital World LLC?

I found them on Instagram, I believe, though there’s a small chance it was Google. After looking at GoDigital’s material and speaking with them, they were able to answer all my questions. Additionally, their team demonstrated that they had the experience I was looking for. The example websites they shared with me also provided a certain degree of comfortability in moving forward. Finally, their pricing was agreeable.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested around $1,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since May 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

GoDigital has shared what they’ve developed up until this point and it’s almost exactly how I designed it initially. They’ve built exactly what I was interested in having. Outside of that, their professionalism is almost unmatched; it’s key to their service.

The real in-depth parts and functionality of the site are what I’m halted on right now, but the capabilities delivered to date are on par with expectations. Anything that needs to be buffed over will be easy changes, like swapping out colors.

How did GoDigital World LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve performed at a ten out of ten based on professionalism, communication, and reception to what I asked for. GoDigital has stuck to the timeline they devised based on my expectations and remained consistent. Deliverables, time management, communication — it’s all there.

They develop on their own hosted domain where I can see the technical construction happen in real-time. Eventually, they will transfer the site to me.

We also use Google Slides to share requirements and speak over email and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m not too familiar with other providers in the technology field, but I will say that GoDigital’s ability to deliver what I want in a professional manner is great compared to their cost.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything off the top of my head. GoDigital’s team maintains good communication, and I can see what’s happening step-by-step. If I ever have a question, then they answer it. There’s nothing that could be done better that I would call an issue.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know exactly what it is that you want and what your vision and expectations are. After that, develop timeline and ensure that you are on the same page.
