I am the Founder of a mobile app development agency. We specialise in cross platform mobile app development for startups and entrepreneurs.

For what projects/services did your company hire Go Live Test?

We requested Go Live Test to support us to test our client app that we developed and feedback on the quality standard before delivering to the client.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reviewed some other testing companies but was not fully convinced that they would incorporate functional testing with a user perspective. When we engaged Go Live Test we were immediately certain that they incorporated functional testing with a user centred testing approach we were seeking. So we selected Go Live Test immediately.

We have now worked in several mobile apps projects with Go Live Test involving professional networking platform, sports and fintech apps to name a few. With the professional networking app, we required a testing company to support with auditing our development process and define improvements. Go Live Test tested out the app and immediate provided implementable feedbacks to improve the app quality. Go Live Test created metrics to measure out software standard so it was easy to implement improvement to achieve the expected quality standard as defined by the end client.

We worked with a 2 test leads and 4 test analyst.

Working with Go Live Test allowed us to achieve a defined user centred app that the end client valued. Allowing us to receive receive positive client commendation and on time approval.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between Go Live Test and our team was really effective as Go Live Test have defined processes in to handle different aspects of the development cycle. The team at Go Live Test know what they are doing and really supported us with improving our process to a world class standard. I highly recommend them to other organisations especially those in custom software development.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Working with Go Live Test allows you to have the confidence that you will developer a quality app. There is certainty that they will discover bugs, support you with improving your process as well as achieve the expected quality that the client is pleased with. There user centred testing approach really provides certainty that users will find value in the developed app.
