What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
For more brand awareness, there has been a striking increase in share of voice within our industry. Other than this, the grant was behind arranging most of the mentions and media placements which we were able to avail of. It set us up, in a sense, with better qualified prospects, better consistency on the brand, and much clearer digital strategy from here on out. Post our association within a year we've routed a lot of our different businesses to them looking at the way they have performed and are performing the bond gets stronger and stronger.

They were organized project-wise, transparent, and responsive throughout the entire engagement. The engagement started with the establishment of a project timeline that highlighted major milestones. They kept to the deadlines or might have exceeded them most of the time, we appreciated their approach of dividing major initiatives into a few phases to monitor progress better and keep one aligned with all stakeholders but more importantly, the team really listened to our needs and goals with equal focus.
Any time a quick turnaround on a campaign was needed or additional support during the brand launch was required, they would swing into action and perform. Quality was never diminished in the name of speed. Their ability to remain agile while maintaining structure is what allows things to go smoothly and efficiently.

What resonated with me pertaining to this agency was the combination of strategy and sincere partnership. They weren't simply the people who executed orders but they sat down and listened to the entire story of our brand, industry, and long-range ambitions, they were remarkably flexible in terms of creative storytelling and business intent, often dropping ideas for us that we had never considered.
Another thing that truly sets this agency out is their obsessive stance on performance and accountability every single recommendation they put forth was based on projections, evidence and results, in full transparency of what can work and the things that needed to be changed about the scenario. This reinforced our confidence in their way and made it feel so much that we had our internal team with them.
They gave us a very personalized treatment, no less impressive than that. No cookie cutter approaches, everything they came up with really spoke to our brand voice, audience, and objectives! I’m the founder of nX Alpha, a boutique wealth management firm that combines research, behavioral insights, and global expertise to provide personalized financial solutions centered around clients' individual needs and life goals.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Go-To Guy!?
We were a new boutique setup and wanted to have sharp, fresh, and slick branding. We needed someone who knew the job to help us stand out in the cluttered space and be the voice that we intended to be.

What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially started with a pure branding project, including the name, logo, brand elements, colors, and collaterals. We had a brief start with the name, but we ultimately took the lead because the tight regulatory space didn’t allow for many name options. After that, The Go-To Guy! made all the suggestions for the logo, colors, and other elements. After that, I decided to extend the scope and gave them the website development project as well. The team delivered business cards, a letterhead, a presentation template, and a website with calculator tools.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We got many compliments from clients and other launch messages on our website and branding. People called out the sharp branding, beautiful design, slick features, and professional touch to every element. I was so happy with the end result.
How did The Go-To Guy! perform from a project management standpoint?
We mainly communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps. There was a time when we needed to pre-launch the website for an early unexpected client meeting. The team stretched over the weekend and multiple late nights to make that possible. We also won the client, and I felt our state-of-the-art website had a part to play.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their expertise in design and branding, going the extra mile for the client, and can-do attitude were visible in every step. Each team member did a fantastic job. I was very happy with the team, their expertise, culture, and diligence. Their professionalism, client-first approach, and commitment were outstanding.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The timelines could be managed a bit better, but I understood there were moving parts from our end, too.
