The developer we worked with was reliable, on time, professional, and proactive.

We needed help with perimeter security projects related to firewalls and cloud services to continue reducing security risks

What was the scope of their involvement?

Glofy handled the rollout of updated firewalls, including their configuration and connectivity to site-to-site tunnels or other endpoints as needed in each project. The team also provides ongoing support in the areas of Azure cloud services

Glofy has completed the objectives of each project assigned to them. The team has also improved our security scores, reducing our vulnerabilities and risk scores by 30%.

Glofy handled QA automation and manual testing. They also created an automation workflow in Jira, focusing on task management and automation for our team.

We worked together from September 2024–August 2025. The project has ended for now, but we may continue in a different form.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Glofy helped us prevent bugs. The number of bugs found before pushing to production was lower than the number of bugs found in production.

How did Glofy perform from a project management standpoint?

Glofy's project management was good. The CTO collaborated with the assigned individual, holding daily briefings and communicating via Slack. Billing was handled through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Glofy's team was very nice, and I liked that they worked in the same time zone as us.

I can't think of anything for Glofy to improve.

Contractor is responsible for leading front-end development of our iOS app, from the ground up through launch. They have been working with the team to build out a complex application, including integrating back-end services, selecting and managing data, image and video processing and editing, and utilizing on-device AI models. Deliverables include a working, optimized application that utilizes a variety of AI, including chat based interactions, voice generation, and visual understanding of videos.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Daily and weekly team syncs to update status, discuss progress, and plan measure project progress and success. Metrics like app speed, bug frequency are used to measure success prior to launch with a planned launch in January 2025.

Items are scoped in a reasonable way for the team to understand complexity and time needed to complete. For things that the contractor is unfamiliar with they have been very good at learning new skills and figuring out the best way to execute. Communication is also very good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Glofy was able to source multiple strong candidates quickly and pre-interviewed them for us while allowing us to also conduct our own interviews. They handle the employment side of things which helps alleviate complications on our side. Their contractor has also been very flexible with their working hours so that they overlap well with our team in the US.

None. Everything has been great.
