Most importantly, their transparent and friendly policy that allows clients to directly hire developers if both parties wish to continue the collaboration long-term is a standout aspect of their approach. It reflects a genuine commitment to mutual success rather than short-term retention.

Offering better employment conditions and perks to their collaborators. We unexpectedly lost one of the professionals because their compensation was significantly below market standards, and as clients, we had no visibility into this gap. This discrepancy between the client fee and the developer’s actual pay can create risks for continuity and morale, especially since the contracting company cannot directly mediate those terms. Greater transparency and more competitive conditions would help ensure long-term stability in collaborations.

Daily and weekly team syncs to update status, discuss progress, and plan measure project progress and success. Metrics like app speed, bug frequency are used to measure success prior to launch with a planned launch in January 2025.

Items are scoped in a reasonable way for the team to understand complexity and time needed to complete. For things that the contractor is unfamiliar with they have been very good at learning new skills and figuring out the best way to execute. Communication is also very good.
