Contractor is responsible for leading front-end development of our iOS app, from the ground up through launch. They have been working with the team to build out a complex application, including integrating back-end services, selecting and managing data, image and video processing and editing, and utilizing on-device AI models. Deliverables include a working, optimized application that utilizes a variety of AI, including chat based interactions, voice generation, and visual understanding of videos.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Daily and weekly team syncs to update status, discuss progress, and plan measure project progress and success. Metrics like app speed, bug frequency are used to measure success prior to launch with a planned launch in January 2025.

Items are scoped in a reasonable way for the team to understand complexity and time needed to complete. For things that the contractor is unfamiliar with they have been very good at learning new skills and figuring out the best way to execute. Communication is also very good.

Glofy was able to source multiple strong candidates quickly and pre-interviewed them for us while allowing us to also conduct our own interviews. They handle the employment side of things which helps alleviate complications on our side. Their contractor has also been very flexible with their working hours so that they overlap well with our team in the US.

None. Everything has been great.
