I’m the former head of recruitment for EMEA at a distributor of electronic components and technology.

What challenge were you trying to address with GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions?
We hired them to find a technical workforce for us; we wanted to find certain skills in engineering, IT, and security teammates across most of Europe. At the time, we had struggled to fill some positions, and I had to choose between the volume of jobs my team could fill or refocusing their time on particularly hard roles. We decided we needed extra support.

What was the scope of their involvement?
GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions provides recruitment services for us. Initially, we asked them to focus on Eastern Europe and Germany. We gave them about eight positions that had been open for 3–6 months that we had been struggling to fill.
They received job specifications containing information about the role, requirements, budgets, and possible locations we could hire. They helped us find candidates for those applications engineering roles. After that, we expanded the engagement. The team uses Workday as their tool.

I worked with Dmitrij (Founder & CEO), who works directly with the recruiters on the ground tasked with specific requirements.
How did you come to work with GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions?
Dmitrij (Founder & CEO) had recently set up in Poland and reached out to me directly on LinkedIn to introduce himself and his company. At the time, we had some tough nuts to crack in recruitment and a lot of extra work that was low-hanging fruit.
He asked if we had any job openings that were troubling us, and I’d just had that conversation with the managers reporting to me at the time. We decided to try GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions with a few roles to see how they did. If they delivered value against those roles, we would consider expanding our partnership.

What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in April 2022, and although I left the company, their engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Thanks to GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions, we were able to hire for the positions we needed. Some of the initial positions we gave them were new, and we anticipated challenges in attracting the skill sets we needed based on previous experience. However, we had candidates across all eight vacancies within 2–3 weeks. They've been willing to tackle particularly challenging and important positions and have delivered extremely well.
In terms of success, being able to close the position with the right skill set, price tag, and location is important, and the team has been instrumental in making that happen for the company. While other agencies gave it a try with more or less commitment, they had no success, so I wasn't hopeful at the beginning. However, GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions absolutely smashed it; they delivered great value and stayed true to their commitment, which led to expanding the relationship.
Additionally, a former colleague reached out to me asking for recommendations for an agency that could find technical toles in Central and Eastern Europe. I recommended Dimitij because he could tell her whether it could work. That partnership also ended in successful hires.
How did GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
They were the ones pushing us to respond faster and react quickly so that we didn't lose candidates — they were very prompt. Our communication was mostly virtual, through emails, Workday, and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions will say when a task is unrealistic to achieve, which I respect. While we got sales pitches from many agencies, Dimitrij's pitch was the most genuine because he was committed to getting things done. He wasn't just trying to win the contract; he convinced me to give them a try, delivered, and has continued to work with the company.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They can be very direct in their communication, and while I appreciated that, some people might need a softer approach. Since they're working on multiple projects, Dimitrij can be impatient and borderline pushy. Therefore, they could have more finesse in their communication. However, his being quite direct made sure we got where we needed to.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions the right type of information; the more they get, the better the outcome. Rather than sprinkling information, have it all wrapped and ready, including your goals, how they can add value, what you must have, and what you would love to have.
Moreover, be very clear on what they need to achieve and how to shorten the timeline and avoid back and forth. Dimitrij takes direct messaging and very clear instructions well, and he's very precise in executing that.

I was GM EMEA of a start up in Electronic Design Automation field. The role assumed commercial and technical responsibility in Israel and Europe.

For what projects/services did your company hire GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions?
We needed to staff the EMEA territory with a couple of technicals support folks - Field Application Engineers. The challenge was to find technical engineers with customer facing skills - such combination of skills is not trivial to find.
SOLUTION
How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?
There were few unsuccessful trials before getting to this agency. The major problem with the other agencies was a waisting of time for the team by providing either non skilled candidates or those who didn't understand the role. Another issue with others was a minority of candidates. By choosing GLOBRECS those issues just didn't exist - they provided a nice chunk of the candidates with the right skills and role description in mind.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
They provided many candidates from one specific country. After having shortlisted a few dozens list of resumes and having a couple of interviews with 4-5 relevant candidates we chose one. Then we opened a search to the other countries and replicated the process choosing another candidate.
Describe the recruitment process in detail.
The provided resume were related to the candidates which met all our requirements - technically and with the relevant soft skills. We got the resume with a short summary of the interview by the agency - motivation, a summary of the relevant experience, english level, strong points, concerns etc. - by that we knew much more about the candidate and the candidate was aware about the company, the role, details about the job conditions etc.
It saved lots of time to both - the company and the candidate and when we setup an interview we didn't have to start a discussion from scratch.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
With their help we established a straight forward and predictable process. The feedback from the candidates was quick as well so we were able to quickly choose two good candidates which work and happy with the company. Moreover the process is well established so it will be easy to restart it when needed.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The commutation was open and direct - we got resumes by email and a more urgent communication by whatsapp which was convenient and contributed to the speed of the whole process.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive was the full information we got about the candidates and the fast communication by the agency to and from the candidates.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We're happy with the working methods, people and attitude of the agency, improved things on the way so don't see any practical suggestions right now. Currently we got back to the agency and have been working on another project.

What challenge were you trying to address with GLOBRECS?
We needed to find and recruit specialists who could help us develop different kinds of projects, mostly IT-related. We hired GLOBRECS to help us with that effort.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
GLOBRECS does recruitment for most of our departments and for our projects in logistics, e-commerce, and R&D. We give them a request for different kinds of specialists and they gather all the information around a candidate’s profile before proceeding to search for resources.
Once they find suitable candidates, they will send the resumes to us so we can give feedback on whether a candidate is fit for the position or not. The recruitment process is mostly done online and the hired resources work remotely.
Right now, they’re searching in Ukraine and Kazakhstan to find us a new set of candidates.
What is the team composition?
At the moment, I’m working directly with Dimitri (Founder & CEO).
How did you come to work with GLOBRECS?
I was not yet with the company when we initially hired them. I do know, however, that we already have a history of working with them as they’ve been supporting us for several years. We’re very satisfied with their services sp we keep on renewing our contract.
What is the status of this engagement?
I began dealing with them in February 2021 but they’ve been on board for about three years prior. They’re still helping us cover a lot of our available positions.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’re very interactive and can readily provide a set of candidates whenever we need them to. They’re always fully geared to cooperate and work hard.
In one instance, we’ve needed 10 DevOps specialists within two months. Sometimes, we would even need a specialist with expertise in Azure or other coding languages, which is rare to come by. We can search for one candidate for months and not find anyone that fits, but GLOBRECS can make that happen within a week. We also don’t encounter a lot of rejections after we make offers to candidates.
Overall, they’re working very well. Thanks to them, we have a pipeline of resumes where we can find the right person with the right skills.

They do very well in this aspect. We’ve communicated mostly via email or Skype.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The most impressive thing about them is their responsiveness to our needs. They get back to us quickly and professionally and always produce quality candidates.

What was the scope of their involvement?
GLOBRECS sourced new candidates and helped with the first round of interviews. I would contact Dmitry (Founder and CEO) when we had an opening in the company and provide him with a link for the position.
We’d have a phone call to discuss the duties, requirements, salary, and timeline. He would send me resumes and I’d forward them to our hiring manager. We’d initiate the first interviews with Dmitry’s help, either at our office or by Skype. If everything was to our standards, we’d make an offer and close the deal.
What is the team composition?
I was only in contact with Dmitry. I know that he has some recruiters, either freelance or in his team.
How did you come to work with GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions?
My manager was already working with them when I came to the company three years ago. I proceeded to work with them, and I always enjoyed what they did for us. Dmitry was always easygoing and easy to interact with.
How much have you invested with them?
It would be difficult for me to calculate a total. We paid them 12% of the annual salary of a candidate, and the average salary was around $3,000 per month. GLOBRECS found 15–17 candidates for us.
What is the status of this engagement?
I joined the company in late-October 2016 or 2017, and I believe they helped me find the first candidate in March of the following year.
We put our work with them on pause before the quarantine in March 2020, when we hired a new HR person who is now responsible for recruitment now. We may ask Dmitry for help again if we get an influx of openings.
