I'm a consultant manager at Sylog, an IT consulting company that provides senior consultants to our customers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Globedesk?

We needed to find good developers in South America who were willing to relocate to Sweden and start working with us at Sylog.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Globedesk has helped us recruit approximately 10 candidates who have become Sylog employees. The number would have been much higher if it weren't for the market in Sweden, which has taken a big downturn. The team has mainly recruited full-stack developers within either Java or C#/.NET.

What is the team composition?

We mainly work closely with one teammate from Globedesk, but three other colleagues have been involved as well.

How did you come to work with Globedesk?

We got in contact with them over the phone. Sara (Business Developer) at Globedesk called my boss and provided their services to us. We chose them over other IT service providers because they had what we were looking for: a big network with good candidates in South America.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around the end of 2021 or the beginning of 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Globedesk has delivered good candidates who our customers have decided to take in as consultants. Most of the candidates get a position at our customers after an interview. So far, 100% of the candidates we've hired through Globedesk have successfully secured positions with our customers.

How did Globedesk perform from a project management standpoint?

Globedesk delivers on time. We use phone, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and email to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Sara is nothing but brilliant in every aspect. Moreover, Globedesk understands our needs and what we're looking for, and they deliver fast.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on. Everything has been great.
