NeverRec is a lead generation company. As CEO I ensure that the our customers get the leads they need for success in their business. Without leads, they will not get sales. We assist in their need for sales.

We wanted a website that will make it easy for our clients to generate leads for their businesses. Global MLM Software built and customized our platform to what we wanted.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I looked at what they were offering, how good they were at providing what I wanted and how professional they were at communication and understanding what I wanted. They were perfect and for a great price.

I rather not get into details of the unique parts of the work involved. Steps included having live zoom meetings about what I wanted, the programming language needed and exactly how the software should work that is different to any other software.

There were about 3 people of their team that I interacted with.

We are still new. However, we had a 90% increase in sales so far.

Communication is via WhatsApp and Zoom. This was great for me. Requests made for changes were done in a timely manner.

Their willingness to fix problems and make changes are impressive. They never seemed too busy for me and what I needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Because of the the time difference, it can be hard to communicate at a time that is good for both. They could think about having more offices in other time zones. However, this is not a must right now as they are still able to provide great service.

The focus was on improving how we track, update, and manage product inventory. Key deliverables included real-time inventory tracking, product listing management, and integration with our existing ordering system. The software also helped us better coordinate with suppliers by giving a clearer picture of stock levels and restock timelines.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have more accurate control over stock levels and fewer fulfillment delays. The risk of running out of popular items has gone down, and team members can view inventory status in real time, which helps with planning and order fulfillment.

They stayed on top of deadlines and communicated clearly. Most support requests were handled promptly, though we occasionally noticed brief syncing delays during peak usage hours.
