Forto designs digital freight forwarding solutions that adapt to our customers. Forto’s goal is to deliver highly transparent, frictionless, and sustainable digital supply chains.

• Adjust Busines Central to our local requirements and develop API with other Forto tools.
• Consultancy on the effective use of Business Central

• Assessing the business requirements in all countries where Forto is present. 
• Planning and executing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. 
• Configuring and customizing the system to meet the specific needs where Forto is present. 

Customization and Development: 

• Developing custom features, modules, or extensions to enhance the functionality of Business Central. 
• Integrating Business Central with other systems or third-party applications. 
• Writing code or scripts to meet specific business requirements.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Launch of countries. We can only start using BC if all the required developments are tested and ready 
• Jira Tickets. For each country, we have a JIRA Board with all requirements

• Vietnam, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Italy and China were launched according to our current planning and the delayed suffered in some of them were never related to BC. 
• GM deployed all the developments on time

Ongoing end user support - ERP 2nd level support team within the Össur global organization Upgrade from Nav2009 to Business Central. Development of new features within Business Central and connections to other systems

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

ERP support to our users has greatly improved and noise to the internal 3rd level team has been reduced. Upgrade project to Business central is still ongoing, rolling out BC to multiple markets on a global scale. Global Mediator is a strong partner with us in this journey developing features that are needed and assisting with implementation.

Delivery and response time from a dedicated team is excellent. Good communication is ongoing at all times.
