What challenge were you trying to address with Ghost?

We needed help bringing our client's brands up to the next level. We needed a partner who understood industries where trust is very important.

Ghost has done brand identity redesigns, including website, logo, brand identity, and sales collateral. The team has handled the full process.

We started working together in January 2026, and the collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Ghost has delivered an entirely new online presence, which has activated a lot more activity and brand recognition for our clients. Additionally, we've received extremely positive client feedback.

How did Ghost perform from a project management standpoint?

Ghost's project management is extremely organized and very professional. The team is always on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by how personable and professional Ghost is at the same time. The team has a unique vision and insight into our industry.

I can't think of anything for Ghost to improve.
