GenSpeak was engaged to support Plinko Solutions' content and outreach strategy by producing AI-assisted written content tailored to our B2B sales motion. The scope of work included:

• Crafting cold email copy and outreach sequences targeting decision-makers in MSPs, tax firms and sales-driven sectors.
• Writing LinkedIn thought leadership posts to build brand authority and drive inbound interest for Plinko Solutions
• Developing messaging frameworks and value proposition copy aligned to our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) 
• Producing content assets to support multi-channel outreach campaigns, reducing the manual writing burden on our internal team
• Key deliverables included a library of cold email templates, LinkedIn post drafts, and ICP-specific messaging guides that could be deployed directly into our outreach infrastructure.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The content GenSpeak produced drove measurable growth across our outreach and brand channels.

Key outcomes included:

• Our second YouTube video - built around GenSpeak-supported content and messaging - reached over 10,000 views and helped the channel achieve it's initial 300 subscribers, demonstrating audience resonanec early in the channel's lifecycle
• Increased content output velocity, allowing us to maintain a consistent publishing cadence without adding headcount
• Outreach sequences informed by GenSpeak's messaging frameworks were deployed into active cold email campaigns targeting B2B prospects in MSPs and tax firms
• Overall brand visibility for Plinko Solutions improved across both YouTube and LinkedIn as a direct result of the content strategy delivered

What stood out most about GenSpeak was their ability to understand the intersection of AI, content, and B2B sales — they didn't just produce generic copy, they grasped our specific ICP targeting and tailored messaging accordingly. Most content agencies don't understand the technical nuance of selling AI automation services to manufacturing and pharma buyers, but GenSpeak bridged that gap naturally. Their use of AI-native content workflows also meant turnaround times were significantly faster than a traditional agency, without sacrificing quality or relevance. That combination of speed, strategic alignment, and industry awareness is genuinely rare.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GenSpeak could have done differently?

There's not much to critique, the engagement was largely positive. Formalizing discovery, offer mapping and ICP mapping might be a step towards standard results.
