The team were to decide UI/UX design first. Key deliverables were 1. The users should complete the checkout process in 3 steps. 2. Easy to use interface 3. Scalable platform. RNS solutions used React.js on front end and node.js on the back end.

The users really liked the design and the site got really easy to navigate. The speed of the website drastically increased so does our sales volume.

They are very responsive to messages and the team cooperated with us to the utmost level. They fulfilled their desired timelines and even gave us a lot of suggestions for improvement.

They were very robust in completing all the desired tasks. They have a lot of experience in developing e-commerce sites and have the best technical team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Their backend developers are very professional but the design team is a bit weak. They can work on this section more.

RNS Solutions deliver project deliverable at time. Project is success and public main net is running successful. It was quick and successful software development. We anticipated project length 08 months but team delivered within 05 months.

RNS Solutions are throughly professional. They us agile software development techniques, they communicate ver well. We received weekly progress report and discord briefing and time to time queries.

They delivered more than what they promised to develop. They're a very transparent and honest team.

There are few area that I will recommend to improve especially different language expert to communicate.

We provide online platform for trading digital assets such as cryptocurrencies for worldwide users. STABLE Project provides general trading, margin trading and many others and is designed to support full needs for cryptocurrency users. I am COO of my company.

Almost everything had to be done from the scratch including system of general trading, margin trading, designs of the platform etc to build a cryptocurrency trading platform.

What were your goals for this project?

The platform had to be built with general trading and margin trading with a top quality designs to attract global cryptocurrency users.

They were introduced by a friend of our CEO and had a few meetings to see if RNS Solution had a full capacity to provide what we asked for.

RNS Solution designed, developed and configured our backend and frontend solution for STABLE Project. For every period of development, the team developed what our team requested and frequent and good communication took place over the development period.

What was the team composition?

The teams were divided into each development area of our project. For example, 2 or 3 team members worked on frontend and others such as senior and junior backend managers on backend etc. In total the team was about 10 people.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our solution was developed step by step according to our periodic developments. We have had some delays for certain developement. But RNS Solution did the best they could and tried everything we had requested.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was impressive. The team was always standby to communicate with us and to meet deadlines for every development of the project. We used Skype for online meetings and communicated with developers via Discord.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Great communication was definitely one of the RNS Solution's strengths and the team members dealt with our requests accordingly even on the weekends.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is little that they should improve. Majority throughout the project development was satisfactory.

I am the Associate of the Strategic Business Development team of GG56. We developed a Covid vaccination passports based on Blockhcain and AI. Our application's name is Pass&go.

Pass&Go is a mobile application that generates digital credentials (in the form of a QR code) to enable those that meet certain indicators, such as testing negative or being vaccinated, to fully re-engage in social and economic activities. Further, all sensitive information such as personal data, antigen/antibody test results, and immunization status are hashed (encrypted) and securely stored on blockchain.

Our company partnered with RNS solutions to utilize their skills in blockchain and artificial intelligence to make a decentralized app, that will help regulate daily activities that were paused due to this pandemic and make this app available to the general public for free. RNS Solutions help us to develop Pass&Go vaccination passport app for iOS and Android.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected the RNS after Evaluating almost 3~5 Vendors from the industry. We selected RNS Solutions because their track record showed they really had a good knowledge in Mobile apps as well as blockchain and AI. They had developed multiple Dapps on blockchain and good AI algorithm.

We had a team of IOS Developers, Android Developers, Project managers QA as well one support manager. We provided their team with a detailed framework of what we wanted, and they started UI/UX designing right away. Many design models were developed and discarded after discussion with my team. Until the development of the current model that my team approved. They incorporated our feedback and delivered the revised version soon after our discussions. Before launching, we ran beta testing.

A project manager from RNS was assigned to our project. Besides him, we usually interacted with developers. QA engineers and UI/UX designers also appeared in the meetings when it was required. RNS Solutions assigned 08 team members including frontend and backend developers, QA & Project Managers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our project was completed on time and within budget. We received support & service after development of the project 1 month free and paid after this. The RNS Solutions team is friendly and works like an extension of our team at Seoul, South Korea.

Team coordination was really great. RNS Solutions use agile methodologies and help us to incorporate any changes required. The project manager assigned to our project was easy to reach out to and provided updates as promised. We conducted online meetings with the project manager over google meets and used a discord server, while sharing the feedback via emails to keep record.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very skilled and transparent in what they were doing. From ideation to execution, they met our expectations. They were very patient and walked us through each and every step of the development cycle. Also, working with offshore companies is difficult due to the difference of time zones but we never faced such issues with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is always room for improvement. We believe that RNS Solutions can improve providing more free month support and A/S services.
