For what projects/services did your company hire GEKO, and what were your goals?

We have been working with GEKO over several month to develop custom processes to solve very complex problems.

How did you select GEKO and what were the deciding factors?

We evaluated GEKO based on their expertise and knowledge. We did a small trial project to make sure team has the skill and competencies that we value such as critical thinking, creativity and responsiveness.

GEKo is involved in Experience Cloud, APEX, Sales Cloud, css, html.

On the project we worked directly with the developers and project lead.

Very happy with the outcome and results that we obtained!

We had a direct access to the developper and were able to get instant feedback, weekly status call we used to de brief and troubleshoot.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Incredible people and team!GEKO are very easy to work with. No fuss. Also, as compared to other suppliers we find that the GEKO team is able to think creatively and ask questions. Not only they provide great, clean "build" but also contribute in creating a solution, proposing better, stronger alternatives.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When they had a hurricane it was though to work but that's understandable!

I am the founder and CTO launching ReloPay to new heights to overtake incumbent banks and financial institutions who have been over charging this industry for too long.

We had a MVP within timeframe requested.

Very effective, one of the best. We have a project manager we meet with daily and weekly.

They don't promise what they can't deliver!

More capacity for projects but I guess we all have this issue!
