That steady, measured approach gave me confidence that our growth is healthy and sustainable, exactly what a small business needs.

One area they could improve is looking beyond ROAS as the main measure of success. ROAS is a useful metric, but on its own it doesn't tell the full story of a business. A high ROAS on a small budget can still mean the overall sales volume is too low to truly sustain or grow the business. What a small business owner really needs to know is whether the numbers add up to a viable, growing business, not just an efficient ad campaign. 
I'd love to see them provide more holistic guidance: connecting ad performance to the bigger business picture,  sales volume, growth pace, and what's actually needed to reach our goals. As a brand still learning the business side, that kind of strategic guidance would be even more valuable to us than ad metrics alone.
