Gazeable has worked with Satori Connect across our brand, website and the development of our wider digital product ecosystem. The scope has included brand development and visual identity, website design, landing pages, customer journeys, conversion-focused pages, digital product design and the build of learning experiences and delivery systems. As our business has developed, Grace has also helped us take knowledge, frameworks and intellectual property that previously sat with me as the founder and turn them into structured digital products that customers can access and use without everything depending on 1:1 delivery. This has included working through how products should be structured, how customers move from one offer to another, how content is presented, and how the supporting systems and automations need to work behind the experience. Grace works closely with me from the initial idea through to execution. I bring the subject matter expertise and commercial direction, and she helps translate that into the brand, digital experience and systems needed to bring it to market. The result is an evolving digital ecosystem rather than a collection of disconnected pages and products.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Gazeable has helped us build one connected digital ecosystem that now supports more than five productised offers and services across individual, team and leadership development. We have moved from relying heavily on founder-led 1:1 delivery to having digital products, online learning, landing pages, customer journeys and automated delivery systems that allow our expertise to be delivered in different ways. This includes the development of our brand and website, multiple product and conversion pathways, an online learning experience, and the systems needed to support customer onboarding, delivery and follow-up. The clearest measure of progress for me is that ideas and intellectual property that previously existed in documents, workshops or in my head are now being turned into structured products that Satori Connect can sell and deliver beyond my individual time.

Grace is highly responsive and works closely with me as ideas develop. We have an iterative way of working, which is important because Satori Connect has evolved quickly and the scope is often more complex than a traditional website or design project. She is good at taking feedback, asking questions when something is unclear and finding practical ways to turn an idea into something that can be built and used. What I value most is that I don't have to hand her a perfectly finished brief. We can work through an idea together, challenge what isn't working and refine it until we have a clear direction. She also understands how the different parts of the business connect, so I don't have to explain Satori Connect from the beginning every time we start something new. Communication is open and direct, and when priorities change, we work together to adjust what needs to be delivered and when.

What stands out most is Grace’s ability to understand an idea before it is fully formed and help turn it into something tangible. I have a lot of intellectual property, frameworks and ideas, and they do not always arrive as a neat brief. Grace can see how the pieces connect, help me work through what the customer needs to experience, and then translate that thinking into the brand, design and digital build. She is not someone I simply hand a task to. She has become a creative and digital partner who understands the business well enough to question an idea, suggest a better way to execute it and think about how it will work as part of the wider Satori Connect ecosystem. That ability to take expertise that sits in a founder’s head and help turn it into something structured, usable and commercially deliverable is what I find most valuable about working with Gazeable.

As our work together has grown, the main opportunity is to add more structure around documentation and the overall build roadmap. We work quickly and iteratively, and I frequently change priorities as new ideas and opportunities develop. As the number of products, pages, systems and automations has grown, having one clear view of what has been built, what is being worked on and what comes next will help both of us. This is something we are already improving together as the work becomes more complex.

What impressed me most was their ability to translate my vision into a brand that truly feels like Seed Theory & Co. They didn’t just create a logo and website; they created an identity. Their attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to collaborate made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and genuinely personalized.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Gazeable could have done differently?

Honestly, not much! If anything, I’d love to see them include a few extra “growth ideas” after launch, because once they finished the website, they left me wanting more. The process was smooth, the communication was great, and the final result was exactly what I envisioned (if not better).
