I am the owner of andamansutrula.com. My company is involved in arranging andaman tours and travels for guests.

My primary target was to increase the website traffic so that i can get good sales. Due to covid the sales was down and I wanted to get rid of that. My target was to get good sales through organic traffic, or ppc or social media marketing.

I selected Gautam Sharma while searching on Internet. I tried 2-3 people earlier also but were not very good. Gautam was very good at explaining each and every point in detail. He was very professional. He defined clear KPI points. NO fake promises. And also He gave us clear 6-8 months SEO and social media marketing plan so that i was having a clear vision in the initial stage only.

The work was defined in 3 major steps.

1. On Page SEO - they corrected all our pages and optimized according to the best seo techniques
2. Technical SEO - They removed all the errors from our projects including http errors to 404 errors and all.
3. Off Page SEO - They provided us with 8 articles in a month which no other seo company was providing. Other than this they also made graphics for us which engaged our users.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were mainly 3 people assigned for the work. One was on page seo expert who was handing on page and technical seo issues. the second was content creator who wrote content for guest posting and some graphics also. The last one was link builder who did the best blogger outreach and provided us with some of the best links.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Earlier I was having no organic visitors on my website. After gautam worked on our project our traffic got a massive boost and we started getting 3-5 organic visitors daily. Definitely conversion is in our hand. but atleast we start getting leads everyday.

They gave us the time period of 6-8 months to rank the keywords in which 1st month was dedicated to on page and technical issues and others were primarily focused on off page seo part. They provided us the monthly seo reports of SEmrush tool. And the communication was mainly through phone. The response of the guy was good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The best thing about the company was proper communication and answering all the questions with practicalities. There were no fake promises. And also the guy gave us discount in initial months when i was having no sales at all. So overall the guy was understanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Although there is not much to change but if They could give us resports bimonthly to the clients that would be great. Otherwise work is very good.
