The GameIgnix team worked with us across 5 key delivery phases:

Discovery phase, to set the parameters of the project based on our preliminary ideation. 
Delivery of a minimally viable product, so we can test feasibility with end-users. 
Major content additions to meet the specifications of our project. 
Iterative improvements to UX/UI, implementation of some third party extensions, and finalization of the VR environment. 
Technical and back-end work to prepare for final handoff.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The GameIgnix team has been consistently ahead of schedule. In the one case where they needed more time to work on something, they let us know far in advance and explained in detail why it was the case. They provided regular updates via emailed progress reports, and constant communication via instant messaging. Overall, the GameIgnix team has been unusually communicative and clear!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their diverse experience was incredibly valuable, especially during the discovery phase as our team was inexperienced in VR development and uncertain about options and directions. GameIgnix team was clear from the beginning that anything is technically possible, but they would nudge us towards choices that made the most sense for our project goals and scope. We felt very understood and handled with care throughout the whole process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GameIgnix could have done differently?

Very minor: using premade assets could have simplified a tiny part of the project. We were not really aware this was an option until later. Once we discussed it with GameIgnix, this ended up working well for our project.
