Working with Brent as a fractional CMO was incredibly valuable during my website launch. He brought clarity to the strategy and helped me think through where AI made sense—and where a more intentional, human approach mattered. It wasn’t just about building a site, it was about building something that actually reflects my brand and converts.

We successfully launched a new website with improved messaging, clearer calls to action, and a more intentional user experience. As a result, the site is better positioned to attract the right clients and convert interest into inquiries, which was a key goal of the project.

I’m the founder of Integritas Wellness and Recovery LLC. We coach EMDR therapists on how to provide intensives in their practices.

We needed help with our marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Gairy Consulting acts as our fractional CMO. The team has created and maintains both of our websites. Gairy Consulting also manages our traffic, SEO, and AEO. The team handles our social media marketing, helps with our podcast, and manages our email list. Gairy Consulting also does all of the formatting and tech for our online courses.More specifically, Gairy Consulting builds course pages and web pages, does web design, creates three social media posts a week in Canva, builds brand presentations in Canva, does our branding, writes weekly emails to our list with brand assets, and has built branded freebies.

Gairy Consulting has improved our web traffic and booked coaching and therapy clients. The team has created a brand that has allowed us to build a $100,000+ coaching side business from scratch. Gairy Consulting has built our email list from 0 to over 500 and helped make our podcast a top 10% global podcast with over 20,000 downloads.
