fxis.ai developed a conversational AI assistant capable of dynamically fetching data from our existing HRMS systems via APIs. The chatbot was designed to:
 Understand natural language queries using OpenAI's GPT technology.
 Generate dynamic API calls based on user query intent.
 Support key HRMS modules, including salary and department inquiries, birthday and leave balance retrieval, upcoming leaves summary, and role and team lookup.
 Provide multi-language support (Gujarati/English) with user-friendly fallback responses.
 Ensure seamless future integration with our backend systems via API endpoints.
The project involved creating a web-based chatbot interface, implementing backend logic for dynamic query execution, and simulating HRMS tables for employees, salaries, and leaves.
