First, fxis.ai built us an AI-based lead scoring and follow-up assistant. It tracks leads coming in from our website, social platforms, and direct inquiries. Based on how a person interacts, what they’ve asked, and the type of property they’re looking for, the system gives our team a score that tells us how likely that lead is to convert. Even better  it suggests follow up timings and even generates ready-to-use email drafts we can send right from the tool.
Second, they created a client insights dashboard that gives us a clear picture of where our leads are coming from whether that’s Instagram, referrals, or our Google forms. It shows how many leads are in which stage (just interested, proposal shared, or ready to close), and even auto-summarizes notes from our sales calls so we don’t miss details.

The second part was more important: setting up an AI based content pipeline. We explained that we needed something that could pull in trending topics, summarize news in a readable format, and even create occasional blog like insights automatically. Their team built a system that taps into multiple sources, processes the data, and generates short-form content using a fine-tuned language model. We can now schedule and review everything from a simple internal dashboard they built for us.
