Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the growth manager of ShipCalm, a technology-driven logistics and professional services company. We help omnichannel brands streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Fuse?

We needed help with search optimization and digital marketing to create more leads top of funnel.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fuse has developed and managed our AEO, GEO, and SEO efforts. They've also been in charge of marketing analytics and reporting of our marketing program performance. Regarding digital marketing, Fuse has developed and managed advertising programs for Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and LinkedIn. They've also provided marketing analytics, reporting, and advertisement creative services, including graphic and copy design for our landing pages.

What is the team composition?

We've worked with 2–5 teammates from Fuse.

How did you come to work with Fuse?

We found them through a LinkedIn direct message. We chose them because they were a great culture fit, their company values aligned with ours, and they understood our business and industry better than others.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen a decrease in our cost per SQL and MQL. We've tested a lot of theories and plans over the course of the partnership, so the number went higher than expected, but it's trending back down and continues to be headed in the right direction. Additionally, the number of MQLs and SQLs per week has gone up tremendously and we can fully attribute that success to FUSE. 

How did Fuse perform from a project management standpoint?

Fuse's project management is great. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by Fuse's understanding of our business. They quickly respond to us and have no problem doing ad hoc work out of scope to help us achieve our goals. They're a true partner that cares about our success.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was one moment when we wanted to ramp up faster on our side (invest more), and Fuse was optimizing to not waste money. We may have missed some weeks where we could have spent more and therefore driven higher results but ultimately the optimization has helped us in the long run. As most companies we were on a tight schedule to drive revenue, so that was a primary driver for us kicking it into high gear and the FUSE team was just looking out for our best interests ultimately and cannot fault them for that at all. Everyone should want a partner like that.
