We were founded in 2018 by Matt Watson, a 4x founder and CTO who co-founded VinSolutions (acquired for ~$150M) and founded Stackify. He built Full Scale to solve a problem he kept hitting himself: hiring good engineers in the US is slow, expensive, and constantly interrupted by turnover. The answer was not the cheapest developers available.
