I literally filled out a questionnaire about my business type and within 24 hours I was accepted into the program. The process started with a congratulations email and a video explaining the process and next steps for me to complete. The turnaround time was quick (no more than 72 hours) between interactions and they worked on both back-end optimization and the front-end of the site.
