What was the scope of their involvement?

FOXVISITS LTD has built our website and has been managing our Google Ads campaigns since May 2020, focusing on generating qualified phone calls and leads. Since the beginning of 2026, they have also been handling our full SEO strategy, including on-page, technical, and local SEO work. Their main deliverables have been the website, ongoing Google Ads management and optimization, and SEO.
Additionally, FOXVISITS LTD helps with content creation for SEO, conversion tracking, analytics, and ongoing performance reporting. We regularly review Google Ads results, lead quality, and SEO progress, and they use that data to make changes and improve the campaigns over time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

FOXVISITS LTD's work has resulted in a consistent flow of qualified phone calls and leads from Google Ads over the years. Since starting SEO in 2026, we have also seen steady improvements in organic phone calls, higher online visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic. Overall, the campaigns have helped us generate more business and build a much stronger online presence in our local market.
Since we started working with FOXVISITS LTD, Google Ads has generated over 15,500 conversions for our business, with an average cost per conversion of around $12.86 and a conversion rate of over 21%. More recently, after starting SEO in 2026, our organic clicks increased from nine to 223 compared to the same period the previous year, while search impressions grew from 993 to over 42,000.
We have seen a very clear improvement in both paid lead generation and organic visibility.
We mainly track cost per conversion, conversion rate, call volume, and the quality of the leads coming from the campaigns. We also look at which services and keyword groups generate useful calls so we can move the budget away from areas that are too expensive or bring lower-quality leads. For SEO, we track organic clicks, impressions, and average search position.

FOXVISITS LTD's project management has been very good. Communication is quick and straightforward, and they are responsive whenever we need changes or have questions. The website and campaign work have been delivered on time, and the ongoing Google Ads and SEO work is handled consistently. We always know what they're working on and can reach them easily when needed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impresses us most about FOXVISITS LTD is how focused they are on actual business results rather than just clicks, rankings, or reports. They understand that for a locksmith company, the real goal is getting good quality phone calls and turning them into jobs. They've been working with us for years, so they also know our business very well and can make decisions quickly without needing everything explained from scratch.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing major. If we had to point out one thing, more proactive reporting in the earlier stages of the relationship would have been helpful. Over time, though, communication and reporting have become more structured, and at this point, we're very happy with how everything is managed.
