I’m the associate director of a consulting firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Forrards?

We needed consultation on specific technology for a project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Forrards provided technological input and helped validate specific technical directions we wanted to present to our client. We included their suggestions in the joint analysis of specialized options that we offered for our client’s digital transformation.

What is the team composition?

I worked with two architects and a project manager from their team.

How did you come to work with Forrards?

They were recommended to us, and we chose them because we were impressed by their depth of knowledge of technology when we interviewed them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July–November 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were on point on the entirety of the process; their team was extremely knowledgeable and open to discussing complex technology trade-ups. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided.

They handled our strict timeline greatly and were flexible throughout the engagement — their project manager was available and responsive. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

They were dedicated to our project and provided helpful expertise.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.

I recommend working with them; they're experts in their field.

We wanted to find a partner that could help us with Cloud consulting services for our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Forrards helps us develop and optimize Cloud-based infrastructures for our clients. They present different solutions and advise our clients about their best options. Additionally, they help us with data analytics.

Depending on the project, they work with our clients directly or in collaboration with us.

What is the team composition?

We interact with 8—10 people from Forrards, including their CEO.

How did you come to work with Forrards?

One of our clients recommended them. After speaking with them and assessing the company, we felt that they were a good fit for us due to their expertise in Microsoft Cloud technologies.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around January 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Forrards brings their experience to help our clients figure out what they want and need. They also understand how to optimize infrastructures at a minimal cost. Our clients are extremely satisfied with their work — working with them has been a great experience.

How did Forrards perform from a project management standpoint?

Forrards always understand the real issues in various projects, and they’re able to provide accurate time estimates for delivery. Overall, they do a great job.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

We appreciate the technical expertise that Forrards brings to the table. They provide our clients with excellent technical processes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be good if they did more marketing to increase their customer base.

Trust them; they know what they’re doing.

I am the CTO at the healthcare technology company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Forrards?

We hired Forrards to perform migration of all our infrastructure and applications from AWS to Microsoft Azure and help us with the development of a new platform and applications.

SOLUTION

How did you select Forrads and what were the deciding factors?

I worked with Forrards before and knew about their high quality work and reasonable and transparent pricing.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project had four major phases: estimation and prototyping, Azure development, data migration, Azure launch and AWS sunsetting.

How many resources from the Forrads team worked with you, and what were their positions?

About 30 resources including project managers, product designers, backend and frontend developers, QA and system administrators.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project took about a year and was completed on time and on budget.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was seamless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Transparency, consistency and easy gliding from start to finish. They were honest and easy to work with, and they delivered the work on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe not to be so boring (:-) in their uneventful, consistent, high quality work. As a vendor and a partner they are simply excellent.
