To evaluate our options, we also contacted several other HR firms to assess their understanding of our business model. However, most of these companies had only theoretical HR knowledge and lacked a practical understanding of how our business operates. In contrast, Formix demonstrated a deep understanding of our business activities and provided relevant, practical solutions. Therefore, we decided to move forward with Formix for our HR requirements.
