The agency will deliver a brand refresh and full website revamp for Alpha-Omega Miracle Home, including updated design, revised copy, improved navigation, enhanced donor visibility, backend cleanup, and SEO updates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The agency successfully completed the brand refresh, delivering updated logo variations and a modernized visual identity that is now being applied across communications. The website redesign is currently in progress, with key sections and content being updated to improve user experience and elevate donor engagement, including making giving opportunities more prominent.

Their project management has been excellent. They have been organized, thorough, and clear throughout the process, providing detailed explanations and outlining exactly what was needed from our team at each stage. Deliverables have been completed on time, and they have been responsive and flexible in addressing our needs and questions as the project has progressed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most is that they truly have a heart for our mission. They took the time to understand the work we do and approached the project with genuine belief in helping women and children, which made their partnership feel personal, purposeful, and aligned with our values.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Format Agency could have done differently?

At this time, we do not have any areas for improvement to note. We have been very pleased with the partnership and appreciate their thorough process, responsiveness, and commitment to our mission.

We needed help setting up a LinkedIn account and updating our website.

Format Agency has designed and shot a video of me discussing what my company does. The team has also set up my LinkedIn account, provided posts for LinkedIn, and updated my entire website.

We started working with Format Agency in September 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

Format Agency has delivered a new LinkedIn account and a beautiful website. We already have visitors on our LinkedIn page.

Format Agency’s project management is great; they’re very good at keeping us in the loop. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.
