I’m the VP of CAG Brands, a women-owned company that creates unique branded goods and promotional products. We also offer kitting and logistics services to help clients build lasting connections with their audiences.

What challenge were you trying to address with Forma?

We needed help developing a cohesive brand voice and visual identity that authentically reflects who we are. We also needed help translating that into a website and other deliverables that represent our brand accurately and effectively.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Forma's work, we have a consistent brand voice and identity. Our new customers have noticed this and better understand our company. Additionally, our internal team is aligned and energized by this work.

How did Forma perform from a project management standpoint?

Forma's project management is great. The team is very responsive and delivers on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
