1. They ran website traffic and conversion Meta ads (facebook and insta).
2. LinkedIn outreach focused on list making and connection request outreach with the goal of converting cold leads into warm leads.
3. On Meta, they delivered 174 warm leads, with $97 average cost per lead - which was a 75% decrease compared to our previous efforts.
4. On LinkedIn, the campaigns got a 45% connection acceptance rate, with a 4.7% reply rate - a 58% increase compared to our previous efforts.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got over 350 leads in a year that we converted at a ~15% conversion rate and had an ROI of 4.5x.

Fastest comms with any vendor we have. Their delivery was always on time. Even if there was an urgent request on our end, they reacted fast and didn't fuss about it. Cudos to Matijas team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Radical focus on results and ROI. No marketing empty talk, they solved conversion issues directly. Previous experiences led me not to trust this type of approach to marketing and sales, but Forleap changed that as the results speak for themselves.

Are there any areas for improvement or something forleap could have done differently?

As a design agency, we didn't like some of the visual content that they made, but over time I understood why it needed to be done that way. Messaging was also a bit blunt at the start but the forleap team insisted on it. It was a bit pushy for me, and this is perhaps where I felt most that I didn't agree. In the end, all of this made sense for the bank.
