Fore-sight Growth manages and owns the full marketing pipeline for all deliverables, including strategy and planning, development, iteration, optimization, and scaling. The main deliverable is lead generation. We also need the necessary infrastructure to achieve our goals, including landing pages, content creation, social media marketing, partnership development, media buying, and PR.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we started, our inbound and outbound marketing was completely stalled. Fore-sight Growth has brought us up to 40 marketing qualified leads (MQLs) per month within six months. The average lead quality is currently 7.5/10. Previously, our inbound and outbound efforts didn't yield the desired impact in terms of scalability, cost per lead (CPL), and quality. Fore-sight Growth has been able to increase lead volume while lowering CPL and increasing lead lifetime value (LTV) and quality. Our CPL has decreased by about 25%, and our LTV has increased by around 15%.

How did Fore-sight Growth perform from a project management standpoint?

They set up reasonable expectations and constantly deliver on them. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility and capability are impressive. We also appreciate their obsession with our end user/client.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their initial strategy might have been a bit too ambitious. However, after a review, they were able to align goals with reality.
