Content migration was a critical part of the project, involving the transfer of over 1,400 pieces of content while preserving all headers, internal links, and structured data. To support Smoobu’s multilingual strategy, Fooz implemented their custom plugin - Fooz Live Translate.

Performance optimization was another key area, with the use of caching, lazy loading, and AWS-based deployment, ensuring high availability and fast loading times.

• WordPress development - Individual subpages were delivered to us on an ongoing basis, according to the presented schedule. 
• Training - Ania, Fooz’s project manager dedicated for this project, conducted a training session for us - we learnt how to upload content to the website and how to create new subpages. 
• Testing and Publication on the server - Fooz did the final testing and, after approval from our side, published the website on the production server.

• Users absolutely love the new graphic design and appreciate that they can now find extensive information about our offer. The new website scores very high on Google Page speed. 100/100 on desktop and 90/100 on mobile which directly translates into better website positioning.

The project manager prepared two schedules before work started - for the design and development stages. The website was delivered on time.
