BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the co-founder of UP&RUN, a clean hydration company aimed at improving workout performance, hydration, and recovery.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Fond of Designs?

We wanted to create packaging for kids' hydration products from the ground up. We understood it would be extremely difficult to build something that caters to parents and kids between 4–14 years old.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fond of Designs designed packaging for three flavors, all aimed at parents and kids at the same time. The design included outer box packaging, sachets, and key visuals for social media. The team also built brand guidelines since we didn't have any when we started.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Fond of Designs.

How did you come to work with Fond of Designs?

We found them on Instagram and loved Khushika's work. We followed her for months to eventually narrow down on her.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in December 2025, and the engagement ended in April 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Fond of Designs delivered design files on Illustrator. We have increased sales for sure, and people have loved the designs and appreciated us a lot. The kids' design even gave us VC attention, which was very shocking. Overall, people have loved how simple yet attractive the designs are.

How did Fond of Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was seamless, and the team dug in from day one. It was extremely easy and professional. We primarily communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fond of Designs' dedication and the amount of feedback they worked on without complaining were impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything was perfect.
