I’m the shareholder and owner of Winkelman Law Firm, Inc., a legal services company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with FMO media?

We needed help with branding. We recently branched out from a previous law firm partnership, so it was important to establish our own brand.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

FMO media managed our social media channels throughout the year. They established some of our social media platforms and managed the posting and interaction with some of our clients through those platforms. The team also sent a photographer to do photoshoots and collect B-roll footage to use throughout the year.

FMO media managed our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels. I took care of Alignable and a couple of other platforms. The team also assisted with LinkedIn.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from FMO media.

How did you come to work with FMO media?

We found them through Facebook ads. We chose them because our company values aligned.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from May 2024–May 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

FMO media established our social media accounts and branding. Our TikTok account performed better than I had anticipated. We had a few posts that nearly went viral, which was exciting. We did well to work off the successful posts to develop future campaigns.

How did FMO media perform from a project management standpoint?

FMO media delivered on time. Our primary form of communication was email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I liked that they sent a photographer and videographer once a year to collect B-roll footage to use throughout the year.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was always room for improvement, but overall, they performed really well. Two photo media days per year may have been better.
