I’m the lead specialist at 2Be2Serve. We increase guest expenditure through improving the guest experience by developing people for hospitality businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Flywheel Studios?

We needed support designing a report.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Flywheel Studios to design & develop a report based on the challenges of employing people in the hospitality sector and identifying new approaches that deliver improved guest experiences. I provided the copy for the report based on my research and a portfolio of images. We asked them to design and develop the report so that it spoke to the people’s perspective of hospitality and felt human, as opposed to many technical reports that lacked a human feel. The deliverable was a 60-page glossy magazine format.

We worked together from February–March 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The report has generated four meetings with a potential revenue of upwards of £75,000 (approximately $95,000). The quality and ease of reading the report contributed to this success.

How did Flywheel Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

Flywheel Studios delivered on time and within budget. The initial discussion, first proof, and review led to the final document. When I noticed an error on my part, it was corrected effortlessly and without any resistance. They were very easy to work with. We communicated via phone and email.

The project involved creating a front-facing packaging render and refining brand assets for the our brand. Key deliverables included a standout packaging design for Amazon, incorporating clear product naming and branding, as well as updated colors and fonts to ensure consistency across listing images. The goal was to help the product stand out in a competitive category and drive higher click-through rates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new packaging and listing visuals led to a noticeable uplift in click-through rate and conversion on Amazon, helping the product rank higher for the key search terms.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Working from scratch, Flywheel developed a complete brand identity for us, including a distinctive colour palette, custom typography, refined logo variations, and hand-drawn illustrations, all tied together with mini-brand guidelines for easy reference.

The signature style of hand-drawn motifs they created has been used across packaging, merchandise, digital assets, and web design. Every element was crafted to seamlessly integrate with our Amazon listing, perfectly capturing the brand’s mood and aesthetic.

Flywheel Studios went above and beyond in optimising our Amazon presence, testing different iterations of Hero Images - first to refine the overall brand direction, and then to perfect a front-on box image with product features highlighted on a separate tag, just as we requested.

When creating our physical packaging, their expertise extended to full design and technical artworking, including alternative layouts for nested printing. They even liaised directly with our manufacturer to proof and quality-check the final print files before our production run of 16,000 units. Every step was handled with precision and care.

Working with Flywheel was an absolute pleasure - their creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional results made all the difference in bringing our brand to life. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with Flywheel Studios to establish a stand out brand identity for my short-term holiday rental business was, from start to finish, a game-changer. Henrietta took the time to truly understand my product offering and business strategy, in  She was easy to work with and bounce ideas off and I really felt the personal touch, which made the entire process feel seamless and collaborative. It was evident that the result of a thorough review process to truly understand my vision, market and unique selling points, enabled the formation of a brand identity with creative flair and market relevance.   Flywheel turned my ideas and vision into tangible brand assets to stand out from the crowd and really resonate with potential clients in a competitive marketplace. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Flywheel to any new business looking to build a strong, creative and impactful brand.
