We built the MVP for our initial product and then hired Flywheel to take the product to the next level by adding some key new features as well as redoing some existing features we had. We also hired them again to build an entirely new product & dashboard that we are releasing in June of this year called the GoldPass.

Our app has had close to 30,000 downloads over the past year. Had zero bug issues with the app after the launch. Near perfect reviews in the app stores. Very happy with their work.

They are sooo communicative. Our current project manager JD has been amazing. He is updating me or asking questions on a daily basis and is making sure the project is following my vision while also providing valuable feedback on areas where we can improve backend efficiencies or overall experience for our users.

Technical Expertise. Delivery Times. Experience building what we need. Business sense (everyone is very intelligent, but also practical from the perspective of how a user will interact with the products). There have been a few minor issues, but they are always quick to resolve them when I bring them up.

This multidisciplinary team worked collaboratively to ensure that the app is both user-friendly and effective in helping users achieve their fitness goals. The developers focused on building a robust and scalable platform, while the designers crafted an intuitive user interface. Fitness experts provided valuable insights into workout routines and health metrics, ensuring the app’s content is accurate and beneficial.

Our fitness app was delivered by a team known for their exceptional communication and project management skills, ensuring a seamless development process.

Flywheel Studio could enhance their process by incorporating more frequent user testing during the development phase to catch and address potential issues earlier. Additionally, expanding their post-launch support and update schedule could further improve user satisfaction and app performance, and data analytics. Upfront knowledge around maintance, and understanding the journey ahead when it comes to app development, would be beneficial.

We needed help building our mobile app so our customers could use us on the go and not have to be on a computer in order to see their campaign metrics, stats and recordings.

Flywheel Studio has built our app from scratch, including UI/UX design, user workflow, and implementation. The team has taken our dashboard, which was only available on desktop, and created a mobile app for our customers. The app's features include different tabs for metrics, call recordings, blacklists, and meeting tracking.

Flywheel Studio has delivered a bug-free app with 100+ downloads and a high rating on app stores. The app works with decent speeds. Our customers can now check the status of their campaigns in real-time on the go using their phones rather than having to be in front of a computer. We've received great feedback from users.

Flywheel Studio has delivered on time. The team is professional, detail-oriented, and communicates well. We use virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps to communicate.

 Flywheel Studio has been delivering milestones for feature releases. So far, they’ve delivered five major releases on time with no major bugs.

 We needed help refining our mobile app wireframe and developing the application.

 Flywheel Studio has handled our app wireframe mockup in Figma, the development of the complex mobile app within the FlutterFlow environment, and the App Store and Google Play submissions. The team has also handled all the backend development and will continue to support our product post-launch. We’re currently in the testing phase.

 We’ve been able to test and approve features during the development process. Flywheel Studio has delivered graphic assets and wireframes. We’ve also tested the application via TestFlight.

 We primarily communicate via Zoom and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 Flywheel Studio’s guidance of the app development and, on some occasions, core business development concepts based on their experience with projects containing similar components is impressive.

 A fully interactive Figma prototype may have helped us quickly resolve some UI/UX issues that became clear during development and testing.

Flywheel took over an app originally built on FlutterFlow by another developer and completely revamped it. They fixed existing bugs, improved overall performance, and brought fresh ideas to the UI/UX. They handled everything from redesign to adding key features like Google Maps, an interactive calendar, and notifications — all the way through to getting the app live on the App Store and Google Play.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Flywheel turned things around after a handoff from our previous developer. Flywheel resolved major bugs, delivered critical features like Google Maps and an interactive calendar that we previously couldn’t get working, and successfully deployed the app on both the App Store and Google Play. Beyond the technical improvements, they took the initiative to redesign the app around real user feedback, making the experience more intuitive and aligned with what users actually want. The difference has been night and day — the app now performs reliably, looks polished, and has been getting great feedback from early users who are genuinely excited to use it.
They delivered high-quality work, stayed responsive, and brought valuable insights that helped shape the direction of the app. We’re really happy with the final product and would definitely work with them again.

The colorway was decided by us envisioning what it should look like. I decided on the fox icon. Many other aspects the team tasked on my project was always very helpful. Anytime I had an issue in would talk to Eric, and he was always very very helpful during the entire process from beginning to end.
