I’m a marketing and sales coordinator at a product design and development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fluo?

We needed help in graphic design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fluo is providing graphic design for our website and social media content. They’ve also helped us design our branding and marketing materials.  

We usually give Fluo our design ideas and ask for their feedback on making it better. Sometimes, we send them Canva sketches, which they’ll use as a starting point for their designs. Other times, their team initiates design projects and sends us their ideas.

I work with a graphic designer. 

How did you come to work with Fluo?

Fluo was already working with our organization before I joined the company.

We’ve spent around $5,000–$10,000

What is the status of this engagement?

They’ve started working with our company in June 2020, and it’s ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m 100% satisfied with Fluo’s work, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. They know our company and what we stand for really well that they immediately can tell what we like. They get our vibe.

How did Fluo perform from a project management standpoint?

Fluo is good at project management, and they’re just improving over time. We’ve created a way not to lose track of tasks since we handle 5–10 projects simultaneously. They are on top of everything — they send reminders whenever we fail to get back to them. We have two weekly meetings, and we communicate through Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fluo is open to feedback — they are accommodating and flexible. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you have a way to keep track of things.
