We had an existing system that utilises various off the shelf platforms, automation is key for us and maintaining communication between systems. There's a lot of moving parts and so we needed someone to be over all these moving parts and improve what's there and fix any issues that arise

Our system has kept working, errors have been fixed promptly and effectively.

We would receive notification of an error with the system and news of how it was fixed before we even knew there was a problem!
