I am the managing director of AMZ GENESIS. We are ALL-in-ONE Amazon and business consulting service specializing in internet marketing and advertising and managing of online stores on Amazon, eBay, and online shops. We have known Vesko and Manol for several years and follow their work. It was only a matter of time before we worked together because we have always admired their professionalism and the achieved results.

Passion4Tech drew up a plan - step by step; after listening to us, they understood what we needed to improve our business. They gave us a lot of suggestions and ideas and a strategy to implement them. They kept us updated on each component and created it. We had constant feedback, and we liked the development.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In the beginning, we set the goals, the budget, and the deadlines. They provided us with a flawless product. Their estimation of how to make things happen to the performance of the planted tasks was impeccable. I do not have a particular metric, but we have set project goals, boundaries, and a launch date. They managed to deliver the project on time. We managed to onboard our critical customers on time - this was our primary goal.

Everything was sorted quickly and easily in an agile manner. Passion4Tech has perfect project management — their team and leadership are always reachable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They deliver things speedily. It isn’t difficult for us to explain our requirements because they already have great commercial understanding and technical skills.

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

We needed to deliver more business - critical modules like loyalty cards, B2B and B2C templates for e-commerce shops, and digital warranty books. Since it was already a built platform, we needed a development resource with a specific experience and profile. Passion4Tech managed to provide us with a senior resource and help build these models on a time and material basis.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

I was already working with Ves, the co-founder of the company on sales - automation process. Ves saw an opportunity to help us to build and deliver the app as soon as possible since we were fundraising after a short period of time.

They began the development process and the project management after we have provided them with UX/UI design. I would say their involvement was big enough - they clarified all the small details, they prioritized the work and even created a roadmap that we were working on.

A project manager, 3 developers with a specific javascript framework - Angular and Ionic library for the mobile user interface.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

They performed great. I am satisfied with the project management. They have well-established project management processes so I found everything went smoothly.

We had regular meetings for updates and follow up and additionally we added them to our internal slack channel to be able to communicate ad hoc if needed

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am working with motivated and clever people eager to help me build my product. This is the most impressive thing. Their level of commitment, attitude and the attention to detail was impressive as well.

They are doing great, in my opinion there is nothing to improve.

I am the manager of a product design company. We develop, design, and research sustainable products from eco and innovative materials for premium brands.

We are a boutique company with limited resources and work with big international clients. The acquisition process for a customer is 6-12 months and the way we do it was not structured, so we contacted Passion4Tech to help us structure a detailed sales process.

Passion4Tech was recommended to us by a business partner and after the first meeting, we were won over and decided to start with them.

The project started with an analysis of what we were currently doing. How we approached the process of outbound outreach, what channels we used to get to our customers, how we structured the sales funnel, the copy in our communication, and the steps to the acquisition process.

After that the Passion4Tech team started a consulting process that helped us tweak and optimize all facets of the process, starting with the structure of our sales strategy, through the content we used, and finally, we got coaching on how to approach customers that we targeted. Then we progressed to the implementation phase where they helped us along every step and held us accountable to follow through on all tasks.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Based on our work in Q1 we started to outreach to customers in a more structured way and already started having traction and moving new prospects along our sales funnel.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Weekly online meetings with the account manager and two preplanned weekly sessions each week with the sales specialist. The communication and workflow were structured and clear, with set activities to help us achieve our goals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The straightforward way they communicate when they see a point or process that can be optimized and the innate perfectionism that pushed them to work with us until we had a great final product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Perhaps some more prep regarding the whole process upfront so that we know what to expect.

I am the CEO of trak.ink - a dropshipping arbitrage software that helps dropshippers to automate their sales processes and grow their business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Passion4Tech, and what were your goals?

I had the idea to create the best dropshipping software by covering all of the processes - fulfill orders, tracking product prices, adding parcel tracking numbers etc. The current software were not good enough for my own dropshipping business and I saw a room for improvement.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I knew Manol, one of the founders personally. I have shared with him my ideas and we made an appointment to discuss the idea.

The scope was full scope - from the PM until the delivery. We ran through gathering specifications until the delivery - they have asked me a lot of questions and gave ideas. Later on they have created the user interface. Since we have agreed to deliver a small part of the software and test it out on my business, they begun the development.

They have PM, User Interface person and 3 developers. The CTO came up on a several meetings to make sure that we are on the same page.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Initially they have delivered the prototype. After my tests and brainstorming a few ideas with the team, we have agreed to make a few more iterations and they did it. The result was adapted feedback from user’s point of view. They have deep dived into the dropshipping field as well and provided me with a lot of useful ideas, that translated into features.

We had the daily meetings in Google Meet and each team member provided me with a progress report. They have used a software called Jira to track progress. It was easy to view the roadmap of the product with Jira and see the big picture.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I could say that they were constantly delivering, and that made me confident working with them. Also they were flexible enough - there were request changes from my side and they were able to adapt.

Everything went smoothly.

I am a CEO and business development of peer2peer podcast sponsorships marketplace Podvertise.fm helping brands, influencer agencies and podcast hosts to build ROI partnerships.

For what projects/services did your company hire Passion4Tech, and what were your goals?

I wanted a marketplace platform that enables people to order sponsored advertising & interviews in podcasts. Since it is a startup we had a tight budget and I had to build our MVP as fast as possible and validate the market. We have decided to create several features: podcast profiles, lead generation form, SEO optimized pages.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for a small agency that could deliver the marketplace and Passion4Tech came up through a recommendation of a colleague of mine. We made contact and I have decided to go with them.

Initially we have worked with the CTO and a PM to prepare a technical specification. I was asked quite a lot of questions regarding the podcasts, how the advertisers are reaching the podcasts at the moment and so on. Then I was provided with several examples of similar projects and described what could be improved. Then the UX designer prepared initial wireframes and we have finalized the project. The developers afterwards have developed the application and I was invited to bi-weekly demonstrations.

TI communicated with the CTO, a PM and the UX designer along with a few developers later.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I assessed the delivered features and how the users are responding to it. As far as we were building minimum viable product, it was crucial to deliver fast and make small iterations and Passion4Tech did it by book, for example - adapting the UX. They made several iterations I am happy with the final result.

We had couple of meetings with the PM and I have participated in the daily meetings for 15 minutes through Zoom. I was able to track the progress instantly.

The collaboration with them was a pleasant experience. They took full ownership of the project and their suggestions made the MVP successful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don’t think so. As I said, the collaboration between us was great.
