I’m the CEO of LMS Consulting, a business consultancy company.

What challenge were you trying to address with flamingcpa?

We needed help with our bookkeeping, tax preparation, and accounting.

What was the scope of their involvement?

flamingcpa provides us with accounting, bookkeeping, and tax consulting services. They took over from another firm. They have helped get our company up and running and set up proper controls. They are competently handling all our taxes.

What is the team composition?

We have worked with Norma (President) and Gabe (Accountant).

How did you come to work with flamingcpa?

I worked with Norma before, and that’s how I knew her. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We have started working in January 2015.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

flamingcpa’s team is responsive and accurate. I had the misfortune to be audited, and they supported that process — we came through it beautifully. 

Additionally, flamingcpa’s work saves us time. They are knowledgeable and capable of handling any financially related problem. 

How did flamingcpa perform from a project management standpoint?

They are good at project management. We use phone, email, and occasionally Zoom to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can count on flamingcpa to manage my company’s financial reporting. They have integrity, and they take their job seriously. They provide accurate and complete accounting services that minimize my risk. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of any. We encountered a situation before where one of our accounts wasn’t set up correctly, but that’s the only issue I had with them. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just be very clear on what you need and when you need it. In my experience, they will respond and let you know if there are challenges.
