Since we primarily operate in the e-commerce industry, we require experts in copywriting, web design/development, and PPC on a runtime basis. As our team is growing rapidly, scalability has become a challenge for us, and this is where Flairdeck has been instrumental. 

They conducted a thorough analysis of our requirements, taking into consideration factors such as urgency in employee joining and the need for in-office work. Once they understood our needs, they were able to start filling positions within just a week. They always provided backup profiles and multiple options for us to make hiring decisions based on our preferences.

We greatly appreciate Flairdeck for relieving us of the burden of coordinating with resources.
