Fixer in Turkey took care of everything. We started with a few brainstorming sessions where we talked through our vision and shared a script. From there, they came back with creative ideas and helped shape the final concept.They didn’t just make one video—they made four. Each one focused on something different, like the science of addiction or the dangers of secondhand smoke. They kept us involved the whole time, sending storyboards and previews so we could tweak things along the way.Once the animations were done, they handled voiceovers, subtitles, and sound design to really bring everything to life. They used great visual metaphors to get the message across, which was exactly what we needed.

 they nailed it. The animations turned out even better than we expected. We’re rolling them out on our website, social media, and training materials. They really brought our vision to life.

We entrusted Fixer in Turkey with filming some of our newly built stores to showcase to potential international clients, as well as capturing the energy and excitement of store launches for an international retail brand. These shoots took place in Istanbul's busiest and most iconic shopping malls, making logistics and timing absolutely critical.

From the moment we discussed our vision, Fixer in Turkey understood exactly what we needed. Thier attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to adapt to the dynamic environment of a bustling shopping mall were remarkable. The team managed to highlight every design element and unique feature of the stores while also capturing the lively atmosphere during the launches.

Honestly, there’s not much to critique, Fixer in Turkey did a fantastic job! If I had to suggest anything, maybe a bit more behind-the-scenes communication during the editing phase could have added an extra layer of collaboration.

B&B Endemol Shine is a member of the international «Endemol Shine Group». As a producer and distributor, Endemol Shine Group works on a unique local and global axis, comprised of 120 companies across more than 30 markets dedicated to creating content that enthralls and inspires.

B&B Endemol Shine produces around 100 hours of television and around 10 to 12 formats every year. We are the largest production company in Switzerland and employ around 20 TV- and multimedia-producers, and project managers on a permanent basis.

What were your goals for this project?

It is a fun and spontaneous cultural travel show (90 min). Our two hosts want to learn and experience the culture and tradition of a specific location. Within the show, the protagonists have to face three „cultural challenges“ in order to experience the people and the country. The challenge is more on the ideological side - no points or winners are made. It’s the experience, that counts. This new tv-format will be broadcasted in March 2021 on the swiss tv channel called 3+.

My team searched online for fixer companies in Istanbul. Our desicion to go with Mert was based on his motivation for the concept and his competence.

We always worked with RunTroughs of the show which where devided in the different scenes of the show. The end product is a 90minutes travel show with the following scenes: Hello – 5 minutes Sightseeing – 10 minutes Box 1 – 5 minutes Task 1 – 20 minutes Task 2 – 20 minutes Box 2 – 5 minutes Task 3 – 20 minutes Goodbye – 5 minutes

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Mert worked together with us for the whole planning of the show. We had many skype interviews with him and discussed all the details.They provided a two-person filiming crew during the shoot in Istanbul, which was very helpful.

The show is not broadcasted yet. It will be broadcasted in March 2021 on the swiss tv channel called 3+.

What impressed us most was the efficient and structured work of this company. Everything was always well organised.

Fixer in Turkey helped us during pre-production (scripting, storyboarding) as well as all filming and post-production.

They review our Turkish script and translated it into English and also made some adjustments to make it more appealing. Before the filming, their crew visited our production site and office to scout and to discuss the project. We were remotely involved during the editing to speed up the process.

This was our first ever online video campaign and it helped us enourmously to introduce our brand.

With the videos starting to reach to our clients, we witnessed a significant raise in new logins.

We are very satisfied with how swift the actual filming took place. The crew had to travel to a different city at the end of each filming day but the quality of the videos stayed the same. We participated in the post production process directly which helped finalize the post in 48 hours.

We were very happy with how quickly everything turned out, including the pre-production communication and the actual production. We are really happy, and we still actively use the end products.
