The clearest measure of success is that the business survived and is thriving: after navigating the COVID downturn — including a difficult downsizing and securing an SBA loan that kept us running — Weave returned to profitability in 2026.

Along the way, the concrete outcomes included:

If I had to name one thing, it would be staff turnover.
